I think the world goverment's seem to slow down any project of this kind. The true question is why do we allow it. These expodition's cost a pretty penny And certainly they could fund the expodition themselve's and find the treasure, and then there's no dispute. But instead they wait for other's to finance, and come in and sieze the reward's.
One day I suspect, Noone will look or speak of the find, thus leaving large gap's in the history book's.

I go to bed every night thinking about the last train robbery in Indiana and knowing the loot is buried within a 3 county area and never recovered just drives me nuts. All involved were arrested, tried and placed in jail and the secret died with all of them. Somewhere a Wells Fargo strong box has MY name on it!!!

Why do governments get involved? MONEY. They have seen hundreds of millions of dollars found, and now they want their piece. The insurance compaines are just as bad.
In my opinion, if these groups wanted it, they should pony up the money, do the research, spend the years finding it, and then risk everything hoping that they are right.
It is just plain WRONG that anyone can come behind someone who has done all the work and then ask for a share.
