I was thinking MS-64 with all the small marks on both sides.

Do these types of marks not affect the grading that much?

Most of the marks are due to the strike pressure being a little weak. If you notice, they are primarily on the design high points. There are actually only a few small marks from getting tossed around.

The fields are not clean enough to support the look of a 66 with those distractions. There's also a die crack extending from the nose area and it's distracting IMO. If you start at 70 and take off points, I can't see more than 5 worth removing.
