I had one going from the US to Australia even though it was clearly addressed to Canada. it came back from Australia to the sender in the US with a note on it: try British Columbia Canada... Nobody cares anymore! they just all wait for their fat pensions in the postal services. Most of them have to check websters to find out what common sense means. Scissel Pillar of the Community Canada 693 Posts	Posted 02/10/2015 5:12 pm Right before Christmas I had an ebay package ship from California to Edmonton. It went to Edmonton Kentucky. (There's an Edmonton in Kentucky?) Then eventually it made it to Edmonton Canada. I'm not sure what part of GLOBAL shipping Pitney Bowes didn't understand. The seller had it addressed correctly. I do not agree with you on this one, as ONE of the basic requirement is that they speak and read and understand either English or French.
