Post Pictures Of USA Sets In Original Government Packaging

Here's an oddity for you, sorry no coins. I do have this set, but in the normal ogp form.
I heard about this OGP needing to be used in 1995, as the paperwork states, they ran out of the OGP for this set. Which is odd, because they had planned on selling more of these than they actually did. I think I read they had planned on 45,000....50,000? And only sold the 30,000 or so.
Anyways, I thought it was a cool addition to my OGP sets and it was available fairly cheap.

Thanks, that's my level of interest in OGP. I even bought just the OGP, I have several times.
One extra oddity is why this set came with the capsules. Were the coins sent in for grading? Where did they go?
