I can't pick who is who?

Are these Postumus or Aureolus, or a mixture of both.

These seem to be made of good silver ( for the time).
Very nice coins, I really need to get one of him.

All postumus. Aureolus' coins feature Postumus' bust, but are quite distinct due to their legends (usually containing EQVIT) and style, as the milan celators gave Postumus a more roman look.

A.M. Postumus is great because no-one else has a 'similar' legend (like Constan . . . .) and it is usually easy to read.

Ben, Good advice. Thanks. So the reason that I cannot tell the busts apart has more to do with the fact that the busts are of the same guy, than my poor abilities?

I will have to give it to you on identifying coins from the sons of Constantine , they are a pain in the rear.

Thanks. A pity, though.

I wouldn't have minded having an Aureolus.
