The reverse photo does not quite show clearly enough but the wheat lines are fully separated.
That's more of a stain on obverse than carbon spot..I think.

Looks like old cleaning and environmental damage. this would probably get a details grade.
Maybe vf details?

VF-35 details

no mint luster unfortunately for EF level. While I'm not sure if it has ED, I'm more inclined to give it due to the black spot at 3 o'clock on the obverse

XF-40. If character were a grading criteria, much higher I think.

EF45, questionable color. I expect this to be a fully brown coin but it doesn't appear to be. The reverse looks like it may been corroded or exposed to acid.
