Another pretty straightforward year for 1919. Got these 3 from 3 separate lots at the flea market. 1919 was 62 cents, 19-D was 38 cents, and 19-S was 57 cents. The last two I acid dated.

Total of 1919 Coins: $1.57
Running total for set: $20.52

And for my last update today, 1920. The 20 and 20-D I got from flea market trays for 62 and 38 cents respectively. I feel like an idiot now in hindsight for acid dating the 20-D, because the ribbon detail clearly identifies it as such without needing to reveal the date. That wasa mistake I made early on in this collection. The 20-S I picked up for 2 bucks at my LCS.

Total of 1920 Coins: $3.00
Running total for set: $23.52

That is all of my updates for today. I hope you guys are enjoying the year by year photo and running price posts I am making. I feel like this is a great way to kinda recap the whole collection. Hopefully my 21-S will come in the mail in the next day or two so I can finish off the set and get the rest of the pictures up on here.

Ok, back to my year by year updates. I am going to bang the rest of these out tonight. For time saving purposes, I am just including every coin from a year into one picture. For my 1921 coin, I received it in a roll that was sent to me by mistake from ebay. I ordered a roll of dateless buffs with D and S mintmarks, and the seller initially sent me the wrong roll. He told me I could keep it then sent me the correct roll. This errant roll did produce a 1921 coin, so I was still pleased. Since this was not the roll I paid for, I counted this coin as free. The 1921-S coin I purchased on ebay for $5.99.

Total of 1921 coins: $5.99
Running total for set: $29.51

Now onto 1924. The 1924 coin I got for 62 cents from my flea market tray. The 24-D I bought from ebay for $1.49. The 24-S I found in my flea market tray for 57 cents. This was one of my better finds, IMO.

Total of 1924 coins: $2.68
Running total for set: $34.10

1926 is an interesting year in the series, and for my collection. The 1926 coin I got from a flea market tray for 62 cents. The 26-D I acid dated from an ebay lot I got, coin was 27 cents. This coin was a PAIN to get the mintmark off of. I had to soak it for WAY longer than any other coin to finally make it out. The 26-S, which is the lowest mintage of the entire series, I bought off ebay for $4.98. Even though it's the rarest coin, it's not too hard to get for a good price.

Total of 1926 coins: $5.87
Running total for set: $41.11

1931-S proved a tough date to find at a reasonable price. At 8 dollars, it was the most expensive coin in my set.

Total of 1931 coin: $8.00
