I think this is an Arabic-Indian coin. I can't tell what is because half of it is cut off. If anyone has any information it is appreciated.

It is not cut off.
These coins are struck with dies for a coin with greater value.
That makes is difficult to identify.

India - Bijapur - 17th century.
Weight is needed to determine denomination.
