Hello everyone I am new in this and this is the first time posting here... so I found in my coins a one cent that looks like it has an error hole it looks melted not hand made can some one tell me please the value of this coin I've been searching all over the internet and I can't find one like this one.

Your coin Sadly has been dipped in acid and holed which sucks cause it has an actual error, a Cud on the rim above the date.
