Also md. flattened devices leaving a shelf like doubling. Also the devices are now smaller than what they should be due to flattening from the shoulder of the worn out die. Another indicator is the mint mark looks the same as the date, DDO's won't match the mint mark doubling.

The 1968-1972 cents had a lot of Machine Doubling on them. They are very common to find those years.
