Not sure if I quit agree with the grading. Thought I would seek some other opinions. Two obverse shots are different lighting. Thanks Will post ICCS grade tomorrow

2 Pearls somewhat worn according to the photos you are posting, so I presume ICCS graded it, AU-58 or MS-60

it will be almost impossible to guess to grade based on those photos. I will guess that it's in a 63 or 64 holder.

MS66 at least----lovely fields--- count for 50% of grading points.

This is not the first '36 with good lustre, that I have seen with an obviously weak strike; it is weak on both sides with design detail. Reasonably clean from nicks and scratches. Strictly on condition alone, MS63.
This coin gives obvious but silent witness of it's manufacturing process: it was rimmed first to convert it from a blank into a planchet, then struck very slightly off centre. This is evidenced by the fact that rim has been struck with denticle detail.

It might actually be a 64, lets see.

At the very least MS64 but more likely a MS65. Obverse dose have a weak strike. I'd be very surprised if it's not a MS65.

I dislike grading from photos but I will play. How about ms65 or ms66. I'm leaning towards ms66

The fields look very clean....could be a MS64-65, but as echoed, I would like to see in person to be sure

I have just started "learning" how to grade coins within the past week. Before I looked at any of the comments I came up with AU-55, looks like I'm quite a bit lower than everyone else though haha. I guess I will keep practicing.

I am going with MS-64, in my opinion, given the weak strike may have influenced the grade. Should not but it does happen. Actual grade must be quite a bit lower if you are disappointed.
