Hello! I CRH atleast $100 worth of cents a month, and I was wondering if I should keep all of these "woody" errors. I know they are a type of error, formed when the alloys dont mix right. Per box, i'd say on a good say I find 5-10 woodies, and of them a good 1-2 wheat woodies. So, should I keep all of the LMC woodies? Should I also seperate the LWC woodies from the other wheat cents? Any help would be apreciated!

I only keep the nicer ones. They do have a premium to the right collector. That being said, it is your choice.

I would. They're cool.

Heck, you're one cent out of pocket apiece. No biggie.

I think they're more of a cool factor than value for errors.

Keep them in a tube and when the right collector appears, sell them to him. (save the best ones)

me too I keep all the nicer ones. I thought about putting together a roll and try selling them like that.I sold a Wheatie that was a woody to a fellow CCF member a long time ago for something like $3 to $5.

Same here-I have about 3 tubes now just for them-my daughter labeled woody's for me and they all go there. Couple really nice ones in 2x2

And it was good because I had a couple new collectors at work starting to get their feet wet in this hobby and wanted to see a woody so I brought the tubes in,they really appreciated them-and now they know what to look out for-great for new collectors and fun

Keep.

I keep all bronze (95% copper) cents anyway. Being woody is a bonus.
