Yes most likely.Notice the flat shelf like doubling . A true DDO will have more rounded doubling and not such a "flat" shelf like appearance.

i agree that it is Machine Doubling (machine damage - according to "coop". but it is signafigant enough that I would still keep it as a learning/teaching coin,
