It has a hole so first guess was rotting but first time ever seen it from letters spot on right shoulder almost looks like end of tie

SilverStackerKid: I think emorysky15 meant the zinc rot looks like an S. But I agree with you, as you have told me: mis-punched mint marks stopped in the 1990 : )

Doing my best for better pic its got to be a fake there is a date are somthing right side middle were dark spot is will post pic as soon as find right lighting

Afraid not, PMD stands for post mint damage. The copper plating was so thin it split at the striking - this allowed air to get to the zinc, a little time went by and the zinc "bubbled up".
Keep looking, you might find a few "baddies" but sooner or later you will find a "goodie", when you least expect it. You will gasp.

Notice the inside of the circle is lower than the rest of the coin and the edge of the circle is raised. The zinc bubble CoinMasters was talking about must have "popped" and the excess metal around the edge was worn during circulation.
