What's with these marks. They do not look like PMD scratches

those are some serious die scratches/filing lines. definitely not PMD but a gooood variety. way cooler than a hanger lol.

Tool marks, made during the die finishing process by an over-zealous mint employee wielding a file, and not polishing them out again. Rather a nice example, penny guy! 1964 and 1967 seem to be the 2 best years during that decade for finding these marks in several different varieties. Good eye!
