I think either EF-40 or EF-45.

Concentrate on the eagle's shoulder. This one's high AU.

I don't know anything about grading these,but looking at the pictures it definitely looks better than XF40.

Not high AU IMO. AU-50 Rev, XF-40 Obverse. NET XF-45.

Until someone explains to me how only one face of a coin can wear, this one has only circulated to high AU. He wants the grade, not the TPG grade.

Sometimes weak strike can be mistaken for wear.

I'd venture mid AU but I am no expert on gold....I don't see a lot of wear to warrant a grade below au50

I'm no expert, but would the circle around the rim suggest that it was removed from jewelry?
