By the way, the article says "The price is subject to change since the sets are all planned to include a 1 troy ounce, .999 fine silver presidential medal."

I think the 1-5/16" is typo. These should use the same specs as the two previous Roosevelt C&C sets.

I am also a little bummed these set do not appear to have a bronze medal included as the previous two have.

That makes a heck of a lot more sense than the smaller silver medal

...and I didn't even notice that ALL four of them will be issued in the same month ..that makes zero sense

...and..I bet there WILL be a bronze medal in these 4 sets also.

Ultimately we have to take this article for what it is, which is not an official press release from the mint. A lot can change in the next seven months, not just the price.

I have read that again .. A few times

I can see I got the information wrong the first time I read it.

If I have it right.
All four sets will be reverse proof small dollar coin

JFK mintage 25,000
Truman, Ike and Johnson 17,000

All will have a .999 fine 1oz silver medal

The article does seem confusing about release dates.
Truman in sometime December
All sets in December
Specific release date are not determined

Specific stamp and medal for Ike, JFK and Johnson not determined.

Price $57.95 subject to change.

Do I have the info right?

Geez... Getting a complete set of these four will be quite the challenge... But seemingly rewarding. Too bad the hype will be getting stronger especially since we have to wait until December.

Look on the bright side, the aftermarket price will be stronger, because it's benefiting from the "hype". By slowly releasing the news to keep the public interested up until the release date is a good marketing strategy (it work great for Baseball HOF & Kennedy set).

Does not look like all four C&C sets are coming out together or in December. AX1, Truman C&C got updated into the Mint calander for June.

It looks like the mint is wanting to test the load capacity of their website again. If there's not a limit of 1 or 2 on these, then a good number of people are going to miss out.

I agree .. Nice to know they will not all come out at once.

I have so much to buy at the mint this year ..
Really need to space them out.

I will certainly adhere to the limits in order to be fair to my fellow collectors, but I will have my father and wife going at the same time in order to make sure that I get my limit. Hopefully one of us can get through promptly.

Yeah that will make things easier... but then possibly harder since everyone has more time to get them all. Oh well good luck hunting for them everyone! :)

These sets can nearly sell out on their own without gimmicks. If the mint wants to include a special coin then they should dramatically increase the mintage so regular collectors have a chance to get one.

This is good news.

Absolutely...it made zero sense to release them all in one month

On another note that Coin World article sucked. Not only did it have all 4 in December but it eliminated the bronze coin and shrunk the size of the silver medal....

They were just in a rush to be the first and publish ANYTHING...facts can wait
