Looks real. There is information in the Red Book. !00,000 minted by the Kingdom of Hawaii. "After Hawaii became a U.S. Territory in 1900, the legal-tender status of these coins was removed and most were withdrawn and melted." Red Book value for a F-12 grade $400 (2010 Red Book)

Wow, what a beautiful coin.
I couldn't say genuine or not but as just a general observation the surfaces, edges, and details don't throw up any red flags.
I'd conservatively grade it a nice AU with some great original red mint luster.

This is a great coin. It definitely appears to be genuine. As far as grade I would say that it is a high AU-55 with a Red Brown designation. AU-55 RB.
