These are not coins. They are reproduction/fantasy pieces. No collector value.

Just reproductions. Anyway, the CSA never minted half eagles ($5) or double eagles ($20).

Cents and half-dollars were the only genuine "Confederate coins", and even these were just patterns, not struck in circulation quantity. The 5 dollar and 20 dollar coins are pure fantasy - though I believe the same fantasy CSA $20 design was featured in the 2005 film "Sahara", where the hero uses one as an impromptu (and improbable) screwdriver.

As for the value of these replicas/fantasies, I suppose they would have sold for a few dollars at one of the civil war site tourist traps. I wouldn't expect to get much more for them.

They cannot be replicas of fantasy. From what I can read that is written underneath of them, the replicas are of actual coins intended for the Confederacy that never reached circulation.
While they have no numismatic value, your mother still gave you a nice gift, Snatched. Heritage is important to us all. Our country lost more men at those civil war sites than all other wars combined. Just a note from a Virginia boy that loves this whole country.
