Here is the Isabella Commemorative Quarter that came in today. The photos don't do this coin justice in hand. It has really nice luster and great eye appeal that I don't think translates in the photos. * Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. * Report this Post to the Staff

I take your word on the remaining luster as alas it does not show through in the otherwise excellent photos. Note the specific location on the coins reverse where the spinners wool strand crosses her left leg ... that is the high point of the design. From my research I have this as the highest points and the first to show signs of rub: The central oval jewel in Isabella crown (obverse) The point where the strand of wool crosses the kneeling spinner's thigh (reverse) Report this Post to the Staff
