Hello all, just a new change find question. Is the coin in the middle considered a partial collar. In hand it looks like the reefing is only in the center of the edge. Thank you for the help

On a partial collar the non reeded area is wider than the edge of the coin.

Your coins are normal. Note how far the partial collar is wider than the reeding?
