Usually I won't even consider busting out an OGH coin unless it's going to pull 2+ grades above listed / has a big price premium, or unless it's an obviously low MS (for instance, a -61PL that could pop up to a -63PL under modern PCGS "standards.") With Morgans, 1881 in 63 OGH MIGHT be worth it (doubles its value from a 63 to a 64 and would pull 9x 63 value at a 65) but to me the obverse isn't strong enough to pull higher than a 63 if regraded.
