This is a trihemiobol from Thrace. The obverse depicts a satyr kneeling, holding a kantharos; the reverse shows an amphora. Looks good to me, but I'd recommend posting to the ancients board for others to chime in there. Artistry ranges greatly with these issues with some, as Steve says, looking cartoonish and others a bit more naturalistic.
