I think it is AU as well just because the way it has toned on the reverse but it could be MS in hand would give me a better Idea

Not sure if it's alittle difficult to tell from the photos or not, but I can confirm there's no wear on this coin.

Impossible for me to offer an informed opinion based on those photos ...

The significant toning is perhaps hiding surface marks not visible without the coin in hand.

You have the coin in hand ... and state no wear ... so MS-something is the best I can do with the photos provided.
