welder, how can they use the NGC holder then or advertise it as NGC?

Oh I read that, they didn't grade it but it is NGC slabbed, I guess has UNC details.

To me, them going out on a limb to state it is MS68 does nothing but erode the reputation of this seller. MS68?!? As compared to what? In my opinion an attempt such as this just lays a shadow of suspicion on anything these guys sell...this is just an example of foolish greed

I can remember a few months ago, there was a certified piece of sand paper graded Mint State 64 or there abouts up for sale on the bay. I couldn't help but wonder how they came up with that grade.......

I still say the piece is interesting but only as a conversation piece, has no value to me and I agree to state a grade is ridiculous...
