I truly have no idea what 'help' you are asking for.

The coin is obviously in an NGC holder, so authenticity and grade should already be known.

I can confirm that it has rotated 90 degrees in the holder.

I think it has too. 3rd pic show plastic if the edge. Unless that is the bottom, then it is 180 degrees.
