This is one of two $2.00 notes that I have that are in a presentation folder labeled First day of Issue. The note is encased in a sealed mylar holder and is in UNC condition. Does this note have any collectors value?

not sure what its worth but in my opinion every star note is collectible, atleast I keep everyone I get a hold of. I have quite a few $2 star notes myself but mine was from the bank not straight from the BEP like yours is

Make sure you keep original packaging since that adds to its value!

That is a very nice bill...The serial number alone carries a premium.

According to my Paper Money Values magazine it looks like they are worth $20 a piece in CH UNC. Since they are in the special holders and possibly consecutive (you didn't say they where) they could be worth in the $30-$40 range.
