I assume pictures 2 and 3 go together; that second coin is Spanish, but I don;t think we can say much else about it, except perhaps the denomination if you tell us the size and/or weight.

Is there anything on the other side of the first coin? We can't tell anything about that one other than "Crusader". Cyprus would be my guess, simply because late Cyprus base-silver deniers are cheap and plentiful.

This 2007 auction catalog [https://books.google.com/books?id=ShOnykzju1QC] showing the De Wit Collection of Medieval Coins contains several coins that resemble the coin in your first picture. Check out item 1280 on page 402, which has a very similar cross surrounded by text "S I M O N". The text of the catalog is searchable in the online preview. I had some luck searching on "cross with two stars". Good luck.
