Nice! (Love that blank, GR!) Cannot wait to see some more 1922 "plain" cents.

Quote: I was hoping to see some high grade 1921 S cents, though. They are very difficult to find in higher grades, and so are the 1923 S's. My 21-S is a PCGS MS62RB. That's as high grade as I could afford - they get crazy expensive in higher grades. Lot's of weak strike issues in the early 20's, especially with D and S mints. Speaking of strike issues, here's my 1922-D - PCGS MS63RB. I don't consider the 22 Plain as part of my set so that slot won't ever be filled...

That's exactly what I did with my 22 plain slot, GR58. In a way, it's almost one of my favorite parts of the album.

For the record, I plan to find a worn "Weak D" to put in my 1922 Plain hole.

That last 1922 no D is golden, Thad. I think I have a (AG at best) partial date 1922 no D. I picked it up in the Wheat cent bin for $0.05 I'll see if I can get some pictures, and maybe put it in Modern Variety & Error.

My 22D. And no plain so the infamous 22 large D in its place... What I DO have is this... He resides in one of the blank spaces at the end of the wheaties section. Quote: First up, 1922 no D (ANACS doesn't label these correctly). Why say you this sir?
