So many great coins in this thread but BadThad's toned 1910 is worthy of special mention. gymcoachdon nailed it with "I heard Angels as I scrolled." It's one of the most beautifully toned coins I've seen.  (Today is Day 3, 17 more days and I can jump into the fray  ) |

Many of the coins I have in the 10s-30s are higher grade but got cleaned many years ago, back when it was something a lot of people did. I still like them. Some day they will get upgraded. But they are just fine for now. |

My 1912-S which I found in circulation back in the early 1970s. I'm proud of this coin even though the condition is not the best. I still need its siblings (1912 and 1912-D) though. Hey, finally getting the hang of my camera's macro setting.  |
