I love the new toolbar but my CC Live! Button never updates. It has shown the same [92] messages since I installed it. I even went in and manually deleted all the posts in there, and they came back.

Any ideas on how to fix that?

Thanks
Jim

I've been having this problem from last two days. I clear it all out and then it comes back. Before I had 50 something but now it keeps coming back as 22.

Hmmm.... Mine has been working OK. (Firefox) I guess the first step is to see if you have the newest version.

Then clear them all out, click on the CC logo, then click refresh toolbar. See what happens.

Deleting them will not always stop them from re-downloading, but once you mark them read, they should stay marked read.

I went through, marked them all as read, then refreshed like you said. It came right back at 92. I am running Vista with IE7

Dad, that worked great for me.

Update: Well, it half worked. I did what you told me and it deleted the ones before. Came on tonight and I had 50 messages. Went through all of then and had it down to zero. Looked now, and saw 20 messages.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the toolbar last night, and it seems to have fixed the problem. Don't know why it worked, but it did. Great add on by the way!

Just had an e-mail notification button and a weather date now they disappeared. I had the weather before a long time ago, but I think that was during the testing stage. Did I stumble into some top secret CC plan?

OK, my must be broken. Anyone can get those just by clicking CC and going to tool bar options. But I guess the thing is that I saw those before on mine when I didn't pick them, so maybe a glitch?
