This date is relatively common (~400) in circulated grades, not often seen in mint state (<50) and is very scarce above MS63 with MS64 pieces being $3,000 coins. It was the only seated half in the collection but the family of the old guy said he would never clean his coins and he insisted the family not clean them as well. Possibly cleaned long ago but there is no indication it was ever wiped or rubbed. Report this Post to the Staff
