Received change this weekend and this note instantly stuck out. Its a Series 2013 and the #6 is bold in both serial # lines. Wasn't sure if this is common but stuck out to me as odd. Any feedback appreciated.

I've seen that as well, but only on notes that were overprinted on the new LEPE system.
