the obverse seems like a complete strike bbut then it looks like it been struk again so there is a step down around the coin. the reverse is not a full strike especially around the outside and seems to have no raised edge. the side there is no reeding and no visible sign of tamper it just shows copper its also thicker then a quarter but same size. sorry bout the wording. pls explain whats up with this coin thx

maybe it was once in a bezel or other holder and the reeding on the edge was ground off

Looks like a Dryer coin(spent time in the dryer).
