Well since it is a halfway decent one,I found a spot for it in my circulated Mercury dime album then. Best part of too is it doesn't cost 3+K lol. Thanks everyone for the input, Knew I can count on everyone here.

CanadaCoinCollector, this coin has already been proven fake. What do you see that makes you think its real?

I think you are right, Westernsky. If the guy that sold it for $20 had any doubts he would have sent it in to get it authenticated. So he knows it is fake. In a way these fakes may become valuable later. I think fakes are due to so many "investors" becoming involved in coin collecting as a hobby. My wife used to collect pottery. That stuff is faked like crazy. She collected old cookie jars and there were notorious fakes of certain jars so much so that she would not even buy them. Perhaps the same goes for coins.

I cant see it perfectly, but is the obverse slightly rotated from the reverse?
