NGC is my favorite, and IMHO it is the best of the "top 3".

I prefer PCGS for me. ANACS graded coins are hard to sell. A dealer told me he had 2 ANACS Morgan dollars graded MS65. Nobody wanted to look at them for 2 years. So he cracked em out and sent to PCGS. They got MS 65 and 66 grades. The 66 sold the next show. Then the 65 sold the show after that.

I like NGC best. PCGS slabs are easier to fake.

I voted NGC. I like the slab design and I really enjoy their knowledge on world coins.

I'll purchase a graded coin by any of the TPG's as long as the eye appeal is there for the grade. I have yet to submit a coin to a grading company as there is no need, I know what I have.

Of the top four TPGs, I prefer to buy coins already graded by NGC. I use ICG for my raw coins worth less than $200 (I live near them in Tampa so I am only out of pocket $10-12 per coin).

PCGS seems to have the best reputation for grading, but may have other problems.
To buy a coin I would prefer PCGS graded.

Buy the coin not the grading company. That said either NGC for world coins not including Canada. ICCS for Canada. I would not give PCGS the time of day let alone my money.

I voted PCGS because of the airtight slabs and the new "True View" quality secure images.
Although I consider their product superior to other TPG's their customer service if quite frankly Atrocious .
NGC on the other hand has fantastic customer service
