I got an invite and took it. They asked about their plans to make and sell a full set of Presidential $1 once the series finishes (39 coins)for $175-$250. I replied with a big "no interest at all" but suggested that if they minted them in 90% silver same size or same specs as IKES they would sell out. Let's see if they catch the hint. I think the Bronze Sunoco Antique Car tokens have about as much collector appeal as the $1 presidential coins at the moment.

I wonder if everyone gets the same survey.
The one I took this past week was asking about my last order.
I told them how I had a lot of problems with web site, but on normal orders the site works great.

I got one after my single order of the proof sets in early July. Haven't received one regarding the 4 orders placed after.

Is this survey for real? Is NAXION reliable? Will they protect any information I give them. What will they do with a data base consisting of people who buy collectable coins? They have linked my address to a Username Name, so there is no anonymity. AND if you want me to do your HR work for you, evaluating performance of your employees, PAY ME!

to the Community, feritayl! As this topic is quite old, I am sure this survey has long since run its course. Besides, if you are worried about privacy or not getting paid, then you may want to just skip the surveys.

I received an internet survey from the mint a couple of days ago regarding a possible special 1/10oz gold coin. It took about ten minutes to go through it.

I just finished my survey. It was only in regard to my last purchase.

I took the survey and it did focus mostly on the last purchase witch for me went well. I did mention being unable to purchase the 2017 s silver eagle from them due to speculator purchases. it was the first proof silver eagle I had not bought straight from the mint in 22 years.

I doubt any organization that asks for a survey will actually do anything about the results. I suspect that the real purpose is to make customers feel like they are important.

I wouldn't agree that's true about "any organization". I think that it's more about the leadership of the organization being empowered to do something about the results. So no, I don't think they'll do anything in response to the surveys. If they were responding to the surveys, they would have fixed the poor QC by now.
