I have an interest in coins depicting important historical figures and haven't before seen this type. His price was $2000 firm; usually I can negotiate a 10-15% discount, especially if I buy volume, but he stood pat on this one. The piece appeals to me but I would need to do a great deal of research before considering it seriously. What does the group think of the piece and its price? How available is this type?
