The pictured piece was found at a local show in the stock of a dealer with whom I've done business. I have an interest in coins depicting important historical figures and haven't before seen this type. His price was $2000 firm; usually I can negotiate a 10-15% discount, especially if I buy volume, but he stood pat on this one. The piece appeals to me but I would need to do a great deal of research before considering it seriously. What does the group think of the piece and its price? How available is this type? Thank you for your time, as always.

Pretty expensive..
They seem to not be extremely rare, but I guess there is a high demand for them.

While it has nice details it is way too expensive.
