It's already got a 65/65, but I don't think ANACS used the PL/DMPL back then. Am looking forward to resubmitting it and hoping for DMPL. It's my nicest Morgan and looks really nice in hand. CartwheelCollector Valued Member United States 403 Posts	Posted 09/20/2015 6:30 pm That is one I would have to see in-hand, the images don't scream DPL to me. The new image however, certainly shows why the coin is a 64 and no better, the numerous marks and frost breaks on the cheek certainly hold it back. Edweather, I think your coin is likely a MS64PL at best, it might not even get the PL designation from PCGS these days, as any cartwheel luster (see the reverse image) is generally a pretty big hurdle to overcome by modern PL/DMPL standards.
