Trust me. I appreciate the position I'm in. Everytime she calls and says she has more bags I am Grateful and excited, but I also know that some day it might all end. Domain555 has rec'd a total of 7 bags from his bank and then it dried up for him. I've now rec'd a total of 7 bags and I hope I don't receive the same fate as him. Still have about $1400 in Ikes to sift through. Hopefully I'll have a final tally on these 2 bags soon.  Edited by Mr Click

Nice. It seems like 7 bags of Ikes is a lot of money to sit on, though.

not just luck either, determination is a huge factor.
* I will edit to add that I picked up a single Ike today, after leaning over on tip toes to see a large coin in the teller drawer. It was a 1974p ike, and it was 1 of 2 I was missing from my hunted set. I am still missing the 71d after finding about 150 ikes at banks.

Ok here is what I found out of 2 bags: 1- 1923 Peace 5- FEV's. Friendly Eagles (pic below) 1- dirty 1973d 33- 1976 Type 1's 1- lowball 13- nicely toned Ike's And one 1976s Proof  You can tell it is a 1971d Friendly by the crater lines book ending the "L" and a line over the eagle eye is missing:  Edited by Mr Click

Just got off the phone with my Banker. She is going to try and order some more Eisenhower Bags. I hope they come in before X-Mas Break. As always I'll keep you updated. |
