2007 D Lincoln Cent Die Cap? Or ?

At first this looked like some paint of some sort. Did a little research, still not sure.
Obverse side the y in liberty has curl on the bottom right side
The top of trust is a little rough
Lincolns hair above the back of his neck seems a little out of place

Reverse the A aand T in States. The line in middle of the A has a bubble and T towards the bottom also seems bubbled
A in America has a line in the middle crossing on the right

I tried giving up looking for errors and just been gathering coins to put in the books for Christmas. I just can't resist what you all have to say. Thanks for looking

Paint or nail polish or something like that. Lots of damage,spend it. Google die cap.

There's a capped die strike and a die cap or splash coin. Yours is neither. I agree it looks like nail polish or candle wax. Spender
