Numisma Pillar of the Community United States 4963 Posts	Posted 10/09/2015 03:27 am I wouldn't go as high as 65, mainly because of the distracting marks on the obverse- notably the scratch on Liberty's tiara (not sure what to call it) and the ding on her nose, which kind of looks like a nose ring.
