The coin is a 1881 MS64 PL with a green CAC sticker. This is a interesting common date for a PL coin. NGC & PCGS have graded a total of 560 coins in all PL grades for the date, and CAC has awarded only 11 of the 560 PL coins green stickers. There are only 26 PL coins graded higher by NGC and PCGS than MS64PL for the 1881 date.

Yeah, it appears, CAC doesn't give a lot of stickers on PL or DMPL Morgans.

CAC'ed PL/DPL Morgans are a rare find, and mostly on 65 and better coins, and the occasional 64.
I suspect this is because PL and (especially) DMPL Morgans are already a small % of the total mintage; one of the early DMPL market analyses written in the mid 2000s at that time using NGC and PCGS pop reports calculated that of the OBTAINABLE dates in DMPL, DMPL coins were 80 to 200 or more times scarcer than non-PL examples of the same date.
So you've got to figure that when you start with a very small population, only a very few of them are going to be PQ in the grade.

There are no words. . . . only Such an incredible coin.

What I have noticed is that it is very difficult to get a DMPL coin awarded the green sticker as CAC is a stickler on the mirrors being 6" or better. A lot of the DMPL older holders were graded DMPL if the coins had nice eye appeal and a strong cameo, but often the mirrors were a little below 6".

Dave 700,
On the 1881 S MS65 star CAC, it is a great looking coin. The obverse looks like it could grade higher. Do you think the reverse hold the coin from being grading higher or the mark on the obverse field?
