Almost all of mine were pulled from circ by my grandpa from his body shop and on frequent trips to Reno/Vegas. They are all circulated & a couple are engraved. I only have one GSA, and a few NGC and PCGS holdered coins. I'll try to post some sort of picture tonight of the entire thing. It's really very pathetic compared to some of the people here (Pepactonius, Dave) but I am working on it!! :)

Do not sweat it. I only have three and two of them came from the Generalissi-Moe. I just realized that our fearless leader set the start date late so that 1921 would fall on 11/21. Well played, sir.

Great teasers everyone. I'm looking forward to this "days of" it gives me a good excuse to re-image my Morgans with my current camera set up.

My woefully small (so far) Morgan collection. There's a 2nd album page but it's all 1921s so I didn't photo that.

It turns out that I had no digital pics of the GSA Morgans, except the ones in the bank vault, so I had to reimage them. Here's a composite image of all 16 GSA CCs (including the ones on the bank vault): This is a 100% crop of the mintmark area on each full-coin image (shot through the GSA holder), so it is a bit fuzzy. To see more mintmark detail, you'd need a real closeup shot. Here's one of a non-GSA CC Morgan taken decades ago with film: Here's the same mintmark taken months ago with a digital camera: Note how digital wins hands down for extreme closeups like this, since you can easily do focus stacking with digital. With difficulty, focus stacking could be done with film, although it's unclear how you'd do it with a coin.

A teaser shot that I can do...taking pictures of each one...probably ain't gonna happen. Most of these were pulled/collected from circulation by My Dad's Great Aunt and haven't been out of the 2x2's in 50-60 years. This where I got the bug to collect coins.Back in the late 60's I used to pull these out from under Mom and Dad's bed and set for hours looking at them.
