1900: My first proof Morgan dollar. Not quite as shiny as I would have liked, but at the time it was the best I could afford.

Very nice colors! Thanks,SSK!There were six coins,2-98s,2-99s,and 2-00s,packaged by the Franklin Mint in sealed flips, that were supposed to go into a couple of velvet lined display cases. But,they never were taken out of the flips and it looks like the flips were cracked a couple of decades ago. I too, like how they toned. I may have to put a few in the FM case, and stick 'em under the bed for a few years, just to see what happens. (just kidding) 1900-O Vam-15A 1900-P Vam-15A 1900-O Well,I'm done until '21.

barryg- your proofs. . . . your Morgan proofs. I salute you, sir. 1900 and 1900-O - love these coins. . . . The 1900-O has a blue iridescence that is oh so beautiful.

New Purchases. I only wanted the 1881 S but it was a 2 coin set and I had to buy the 1883 O as well. The 1883 O is going up for auction.
