Not knowing the Coin World as most here and with books I have managed to identify most of my coins. This is one of the exceptions. Sorry for the blur. Hand held macro. will get set up better. Thanks,

IIRC, that's a 4 cash, East India Company (I think it's the British one, but can't figure out what the V stands for).
We'd probably also need the other side to identify it better.

It appears to be the first date (1786) of the Sumatran coinage struck by Boulton.
