Nope, not Belgium; it is from the German States.

Thanks really a wide variety in German coins. I find it interesting how I can almost see a date on my coin in the photo but cannot in my hand.

I went through both books, World Coins 40th and Warmans companion with no pictures of this style coin but it does mention in a short sentence. Thanks again.
