It looks like a Close AM to me.

I vote Wide AM, due to the other markers point to that conclusion.

The initials are close to the building and the A in STATES is centered as well. The M in AMERICA is more centered than offset. Thanks, Doug.

It is a Wide AM. Look closely at the M in AMERICA, see how the bottom of it is clearly centered between the A & E?
