I think it easily makes Fine for detail, with color consistent with cleaning; probably a chemical dip was used to remove toning. The dark spotting is a bit of a defect. The weak date is quite normal for a pre-1925 SLQ with this level of wear.
Definitely a better date, worth close to $100 in this grade if defect-free. Knock off 50% of the price due to the cleaning and spots and you still got a good deal IMO.
