Fully concur with the appreciation for vermontensium chain cent ... such a lovely coin looking quite worn out! Appreciate the contributions to this thread ... I truly enjoy honest lowballs ... and enjoy the numismatic challenge of finding them. LOL at Lucky Cuss contributions ... those would be treasures indeed if identifiable by date/mm. I will humbly contribute one more coin ... a key date in the Barber half dollar series: 1897-O PCGS PO01 - Population 1/0  Plenty more ... but holding back to view what others have to contribute. Regarding the 1887 Morgan, I was just guessing based on what looked like a little round mark in that vicinity. I'll take your word for it, though. Nice quarter, too.

I don't know if there's really enough there to determine. With the quarter, though, would it still grade PO-01 with that amount of detail on the obverse? The reverse could easily be poor, but I don't know about the obverse.
